WALL INSULATION
Improving the insulation of any solid wall property.
INTERNAL WALL INSULATION. WHAT'S IT ABOUT?
Houses built generally before 1927 lack the necessary insulation to reduce heat loss. This is due to the walls being a solid wall, not cavity.
Internal wall insulation reduces the heat loss by adding a layer of insulation to the inside of the wall. This, in turn, allows for older homes to be more efficient not only on the EPC but in the long term in terms of energy usage and energy costs.
Internal wall insulation effectively pays for itself over its lifetime especially if the insulation is covered by the ECO fund.

THE PROCESS
When we come to insulating, our internal wall insulation involves applying the insulation to the interior face of the external walls in order to improve the thermal performance of the property.
Our internal wall insulation involves studding the internal of all external heat loss walls to regulation standards of 100mm. From this, over-board would be applied plaster to finish. Not only this, core vents would be fitted where applicable to ensure your room is ventilated. with

FUNDING IS AVAILABLE
Many households are entitled to government funding meaning you may pay little to nothing for loft insulation. We’re able to tell you if you’d be entitled to the funding once you contact us. We can even tell you in as little as an hour. We will also manage all paperwork allowing you to have peace of mind from start to finish with your loft insulation.
